  1. Dec 15,  · This live album from was the seventh album by the Group appeared and became by its length as double-lp released. It now appears for the first time on cd. The recordings were made between August and June during a tour across America. The Doors were at the time of this tour at the height of their career/5(6).
  2. Dead Cats, Dead Rats (Absolutely Live Version) Break On Through #2 (Absolutely Live Version) Lions In The Street (Absolutely Live Version) Wake Up (Absolutely Live Version) A Little Game (Absolutely Live Version) The Hill Dwellers (Absolutely Live Version) Not To Touch The Earth .
  3. The set opens rather strangely with a live cover version of Bo Diddely's frequently covered "Who do you love" from the Doors "Absolutely live" album. While it is good to have a comparatively rare track on the album, placing right up front was a brave, if rather odd move/5(3).
  4. In Concert is the successor CD set to the individual releases of Absolutely Live (which remains in print as a single CD), Alive, She Cried, and Live at the Hollywood Bowl-- as none of them presented more than a single angle or two of the group's sound and each confined itself to only a portion of the group's repertoire, the three-in-one release makes perfect sense and is a decent bargain.
  5. Product Description. It's the Doors' live double album, on CD (a single CD, no less) for the first time! Includes When the Music's Over; Who Do You Love; Not to Touch the Earth, and more, plus no shortage of Lizard King ("You cannot petition the Lord with prayer!") antics/5(88).
  6. The set ends with some circus humor: An MC instructs the audience to visit the concessions on the way out of the stadium. Ha! You've just spent $ to see the show, now you're going to browse through the head shop, and later you're going to plunk down eight bucks for this album. Ha ha, very funny!
